For 2025, the Ford Escape comes in a selection of 5 trims, with the Active starting at an MSRP of $29,490, and the ST-Line Elite starting at $39,605. The Active is the baseline model for the Ford Escape, and is the only model that comes with the 1.5L Ecoboost Inline Four as its sole engine option.
From there is the ST-Line, which starts at 28,990. Adding a new engine option, as well as allowing for the optional Premium Technology package, which adds a 13.2 inch infotainment screen, as well as a digital dashboard. From there, the ST-Line Select starts at an MSRP of $35,685, offering buyers a heated wheel, LED Reflector Headlamps, and the option between Equipment Groups 400A and 401A.
The Platinum trim is up next, yielding an MSRP of $37,110. For this, it offers all new, stain resistant seats, adaptive cruise control, and a 13.2 inch screen equipped with SYNC 4. Finally, the highest trim of the standard Escape is the ST-Line Elite, starting at $39,605. For the price bump, it offers a 10 way heated power seat for the driver, a wireless charging pad, and Ford Co-Pilot 360 Assist+.
Of these trims, it’s the ST-Line that comes recommended by Car and Driver, who cite its 2.0-liter, 250 horsepower inline four as a must-have upgrade, as it comes with all wheel drive.
